TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd.


Introduction

Welcome to All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including:

Bin Rentals

Mini Excavation

Utility Locating

Debris Removal & Material Delivery

Snow Removal

Equipment Rentals

(collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By booking, renting, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.


1. BIN RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

General Responsibility

The customer is fully responsible for all contents placed in the bin.

The customer is responsible for any damage and costs related to the bin during the rental period.

Heavy machinery is NOT permitted to load bins.

The customer must ensure a suitable placement area and is responsible for protecting driveways or surfaces (wood must be placed down where necessary).


Accepted & Separated Materials

DRYWALL

DRYWALL MUST NOT BE MIXED.

DRYWALL ONLY — NOT IN BAGS.

Proper disposal paperwork must be provided.

Minimum $250 charge if drywall is mixed with garbage.

Mixed loads will be returned to site.

DIRT

DO NOT MIX with garbage.

Concrete, asphalt, or bricks may be placed near the bin door at additional cost.

If dirt is mixed with garbage:

$250 charge will apply

Load will be returned to site


REJECTED LOADS

If a load is rejected by the disposal facility:

It will be returned to site

$250 charge will apply


Prohibited Materials

The following materials are strictly prohibited:

Hazardous waste

Asbestos

Contaminated dirt

Paint

Batteries

Flammable liquids

Medical waste

Dusty loads

Propane tanks (unless declared and charged)

Electronics (subject to fines)

No mixing of:

Dirt

Rock

Concrete

Brick

Sand

Drywall
with garbage loads.


Additional Disposal Charges

The following additional charges apply:

Mattress or Boxspring: $50 each

Tires: $25 each

Insulation: $10 per bag

Foam: $50 per yard

Paint cans or chemical containers: $20 each

Propane tanks: $25 each

Tree stumps or large logs mixed with other waste: $50 each

Burnt or creosote wood: $400 per ton

Overloaded bin: $100

Food waste fines: Charged as issued

Electronics fines: Charged as issued


Weight & Disposal Rules

Garbage loads over 1 ton will automatically be charged by weight to the customer’s credit card.

Maximum weight per bin is 5 tons.

If weight exceeds 5 tons:

Customer must unload excess

Or additional charges will apply

There is a 1-tonne minimum charge per bin rental (excluding drywall + roofing bins).

There is a $50 markup per tonne above what the disposal facility charges All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd.

Fuel surcharge: 5%.


Drywall & Roofing Deposit

There is a $400 disposal deposit required for drywall or roofing bins.

Final tonnage will be charged (or refunded) upon dumping of the bin and verified by weigh scale receipts.


Rental Period

Garbage bins: 5 days included.

Dirt/Concrete bins: 5 days included.

After 5 days: $10 per day until picked up.


Permit Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

Obtaining any required street permits.

Any fines issued will be charged to the customer’s credit card.


Failed Delivery or Pickup

If the driver cannot drop off or pick up the bin due to:

Obstruction

Unsafe access

Overloading

Improper placement

A $200 service charge will apply.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fee: $150.


Credit Card Authorization

By booking a bin rental, the customer authorizes All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd. to charge their credit card for:

Rental fees

Disposal fees

Weight overages

Fines

Permit violations

Prohibited material charges

Late fees

Any additional charges outlined in these Terms


2. MINI EXCAVATION, UTILITY LOCATING & HAULING

All excavation and utility locating services are performed using professional equipment and trained operators.

Customers are responsible for:

Site access

Permits

Confirming property boundaries

Disclosure of known underground utilities

We are not liable for damage to unmarked or undisclosed utilities unless caused by negligence.

Underground and subsurface conditions are inherently unpredictable.


3. SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES

Snow removal services are subject to:

Route availability

Weather conditions

Hidden obstacles

We are not liable for damage caused by concealed objects beneath snow.


4. EQUIPMENT RENTALS

Rental Requirements

Equipment rentals require:

A signed Equipment Rental Agreement

Valid government-issued identification

A security deposit (if required)

All equipment remains the sole property of All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd. at all times.


Responsibility During Rental Period

The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment from the time it is delivered, picked up, or otherwise placed in the renter’s possession until it is returned and accepted by All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd.

The renter is fully responsible for:

Any damage to the equipment

Theft or loss of the equipment

Vandalism

Improper use or misuse

Mechanical damage resulting from negligent operation

Damage caused by unauthorized operators

The renter guarantees to pay for all repairs, replacement costs, loss of use, transportation costs, and administrative expenses resulting from damage, loss, or theft occurring during the rental period.

Normal wear and tear excepted.


Operator Responsibility

The renter represents and warrants that:

All operators are competent and properly trained

Equipment will be used only for its intended purpose

Equipment will not be operated under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Equipment will not be modified or altered

The renter assumes full liability for any injury, death, or damage arising from the operation or misuse of the equipment.


Indemnification

The renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd., its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Bodily injury or death of any person

Damage to personal property

Damage to real property

Damage to underground infrastructure

Damage to utilities

Damage to driveways, roads, sidewalks, landscaping, or structures

Environmental damage

Improper loading, towing, operation, or transportation

Failure to comply with safety regulations

Any third-party claims resulting from the renter’s use of the equipment

This indemnification applies regardless of whether the claim arises from negligence, misuse, improper supervision, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines during the rental period.


Infrastructure & Site Damage

The renter is solely responsible for:

Verifying ground conditions before operation

Confirming underground utilities

Ensuring safe load-bearing surfaces

Protecting driveways, pavement, landscaping, and structures

All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd. shall not be liable for:

Ground sinking

Cracked pavement

Surface damage

Subsurface collapse

Utility strikes

Structural damage

Unless directly caused by proven gross negligence on the part of All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd.


Late Returns

Late returns may incur additional rental charges.

If equipment is not returned as agreed, the renter remains fully responsible for all loss, damage, and rental fees until equipment is recovered and inspected.


Cleaning & Maintenance Fees

All equipment must be returned in reasonably clean condition.

If equipment is returned excessively dirty, covered in concrete, mud, debris, fuel residue, or other materials requiring additional cleaning, a cleaning fee may be charged.

Cleaning fees will be determined based on the time, labor, and materials required to restore the equipment to rentable condition.

Excessive neglect resulting in required detailing, part removal, or specialized cleaning may result in additional charges.


5. PRICING & PAYMENTS

Quotes are estimates.

Scope changes may increase pricing.

Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise.

Late payments may incur interest and collection costs.


6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

We are not liable for:

Indirect damages

Consequential losses

Business interruption

Delays caused by weather or disposal facility actions


7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

Disputes shall be handled in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.


Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
